B683 VST - Bedford CF2 350

The Bedford CF was popular with Highland & Islands Fire Brigade as a light fire appliance.  An advantage being that no HGV license was required to drive the vehicle.  This appliance was built by the now defunct Fulton & Wylie of Irvine and was stationed at Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye.

The appliance was moved into the reserve fleet in 2001 and was subsequently sold in 2006.  The appliance continues to be restored and continues to be seen at various events in England as well as Scotland.
